Big LoserNo

So about this time last year i started a diet contest with Youth Specialties in which i lost approximately 40 pounds or so in a matter of 12 weeks.  As of this morning I have gained all but 5 of those lost pounds back! NOT GOOD!!!  

So now i declare that I am on a diet!  I really just need to do better about how i eat!  thats where i fail the most!  So here is what i’m gonna do…

  1. No Soda
  2. No Sweets (sorry Nora)
  3. No snacking after Dinner
  4. Better Choices at restaurants
  5. Cardio at least 4 days a week
  6. Drink Lots of Water
  7. Only one cup of coffee a day

I’m sure more ideas will come up but i these are the things i really want to stick to! I promise to keep you posted and ask that if you know me personally…keep me accountable!!!  My goal is to lose 20-30 pounds or more by June.
